Due to the odd shaped lot and restrictive zoning requirements, the 3rd floor addition was forced to be setback on an angle. We turned lemons to lemonade by giving the master suite a roof deck with views toward the Delaware River. We think this modern charmer will set a nice precedence in a changing neighborhood.
